Question: Where do our products come from?
Answer: We source our products from our certified and trusted USA and overseas partners that have more than 20 years of high quality, proven experience serving the USB flash drive and marketing promotional items market.
Question: How long will it take for me to get my product?
Answer: The short answer is as short as 1-3 days or up to 2-3 weeks, depending on your requirements and quantities. We can ship same day or next day for plain flash drives or those that require just text engraving.
We offer different shipping options based on what you are buying and the quantity you wish to order. Many of our customers who buy small quantities (less than 500 units) often ship by express delivery service with us.
For the purchase of larger quantities and/or more complex products (e.g., custom shaped flash drives) the delivery times are longer, generally 2-4 weeks — sometimes a bit faster, sometimes a bit slower.
Question: How can our products be so inexpensive?
Answer: First of all we do not reduce cost with low quality flash drives. We only stock Micron, Toshiba and Samsung chips, which provide Tier 1 Memory, Grade A Quality flash memory. If requested from clients who have very low budget requirements and are using flash drives as give-aways and therefore do not need high quality and performance, we can provide less than Tier 1. We give customers all the information and let them decide what is best for them.
Second, the flash drive industry is fiercely competitive so we are forced to find innovative ways to streamline our business processes using Lean Six Sigma methods, partnering with our vendors and leveraging technology to reduce our product, operational and logistical costs. In this way, we are able to pass on this low cost way of doing business to you our customer.
Question: Do our prices change?
Answer: Yes, they do This is due to the price volatility of flash memory on the open market around the world â€“ driven by raw material costs and currency exchange rate.
We do our best to ensure that the price you see online is the same price at which we sell to you. So even with changing prices on the world market, you can be assured that even if the price rises, you will still be buying at the lowest cost.
Question: Aside from our quoted prices and shipping fees, are there any hidden fees?
Answer: No. We will always be upfront with you on all charges — no hidden charges. However if we are dealing with a large, complex order that has a tight deadline, we may agree to drop-ship your order to meet your time constraints and therefore you may need to pay local taxes or seaport handling charges, depending on your shipping method. But once again, we will inform you of all of this upfront. Understand that we are with you every step of the way to make the process as hassle-free and as inexpensive for you as possible. We know your time is valuable!
Question: Your products are cheap, that means they can’t be of high quality, right?
Answer: Not true. Though inexpensive, our products come with a lifetime warranty of reliability and quality. We do this by continuously improving or business processes and manufacturing operations and traveling overseas to meet with and inspect our partner operations and quality control. The proof is in our product (and our client testimonials). Quality raw materials, attention to detail in our manufacturing and imprint processes, and dedicated quality control personnel monitor every order.
This ensures that only perfectly produced products make it to our customers. If there is ever a problem we will make it right with no questions asked. In short, value costs less with us and all our products come with a lifetime warranty.

Answer: We accept many different payment types: All Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal, Google Checkout, Wire Transfers, Checks and Western Union, or Moneygram.
Question: What kind of USB Flash Drive products do we offer?
Answer: Because we provide plain, custom branded and custom shaped flash drives the variety of our product range is infinite.We offer almost everything that you can possibly imagine and cannot possibly place all of the items on our website. Simply put, 10s of 1000s of available products and we are expanding our category to other promotional items, so stay tuned.

Question: Do you offer Samples?
Answer: We have three (3) Sample Types on Offer: Virtual Sample, Blank Sample and the Imprinted Sample.
Virtual Samples: This is also offered for FREE (no money down), but this time your sample is back to you within the day (can be as little as 30 -60 minutes or certainly within 24 hours). To utilize the Virtual Sample€ simply send in your inquiry, and respond to the sales rep’s email when they request your imprint logo file (high quality EPS, AI or PDF) or/and text. The digital image of the product is then enhanced with your imprint as it will appear post production.
Blank Samples: For added speed in getting your promotion on track, we often offer customers free blank samples. The sample will not have your logo and message imprinted on it and in most cases it will have another client logo or imprint. These samples are useful in allowing you check our imprint quality and also the quality of the product. Once a production order is confirmed, any payment you make for the sample and its delivery will be refunded to you.
Remember if you already have a shipping account please feel free to use it. We work with UPS, FedEx and DHL.
Imprinted Samples: We also offer imprinted samples. These sample product(s) have your imprinted logo and message on them. Again, all sample fees incurred are refunded once the full production order is confirmed. There is an imprint set-up fee per each sample product, and your low cost high speed shipping fee too. We need to charge an imprint set-up fee on different products because different products require their own unique imprint methods. You will be kept informed every step of the way.
Question: How do I submit my artwork or logo?
Answer: This is easy, attach your logo or type in your text and email it to your account manager or select the product you need and send in your inquiry online.
Question: Can I order a product without an imprint?
Answer: You may own your own promotional company, and want to do the imprint yourself, we understand this. If you need blank non-imprinted products we are happy to oblige. We will be only too glad to sell you blank products without an i
Question:How do I place an order?
Answer: After you have found a product or product category that you’re interested in, you can place send a quote request or order online with ease. You don’t need to place an order right away either, just Get In Touch With Us and an account manager will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
Question: Can I cancel an order after I’ve placed it?
Answer: Yes and No. An order can be canceled within 24 hours of its being placed. After 24 hrs it can no longer be canceled. This is because we work hard to get your order ready quickly. Once we confirm your order after you approve the digital proof / physical sample, we instantly go into production. This means that if it takes you days to inform us that the order has been canceled, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
Question: What are our production steps?
Answer: It is as easy as ABC: A) You approve your sample. B) You forward payment. C) We start production and show you production proof as we produce.
Question: Do you offer a faster / rush service?
Answer: Yes we do, we work hard to help you meet your deadlines. Please talk to your account manager to make requests for speedier production and delivery or check our rush category.
PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Question: How safe is my personal information and company information?
Answer: When you deal with us, we don’t ask for much, just your contact name, your company name and address. That is all we ask for. When you are paying via Credit Card or PayPal all this is taken care of by PayPal (we do not see or store your data) so you don’t need to send us your credit card information if you don’t wish to. You are 100% secure. If we take your credit card by phone we enter the data into or secure and encrypted Intuit Online Merchant Processing system so only the last 4 digits of your credit card is every seen.
